Mattie Steinberg is a jewelry designer and self-taught contemporary artist who specializes in small batch, handmade and hand painted ceramics and jewelry. She also works and explores in a variety of other mediums including textiles and both digital and mixed media illustration.

Mattie was born and raised in Missoula, Montana, where her love for art developed at a young age. She is continually inspired by the great Montana outdoors, the artistic influences of her grandmother, and the beauty in mundane, everyday life. Her style embraces femininity and whimsicality, and reflects the independent exploration that accompanies a mostly self-taught, non-traditional background in art.

Mattie’s commissions are currently closed, however she is open to ideas and may take on a larger project that aligns with her current artistic goals and desires.
