A few hours after your order is placed, you will receive an email from mattiejaneart@gmail.com with the link to a google form, which you will fill out with the exact details of your custom order. In this form, you will explain any specifications, preferences, and inspirations for the custom piece that you want to commission. You will also be able to upload any reference pictures you have at this time.
Pricing for custom necklaces starts at $90, for a custom hand painted ceramic charm on either sterling silver or 14k gold filled chain. If you would like to add beaded chain, additional charms, or added details, there will be opportunity for you to do so when you fill out the custom form. You will pay the the starting price ($90) upfront today, and I will reach out to you again via email after I receive your google form response with a final quote based on the specifications of your order. You will then pay the remainder of the cost when the piece is complete. Most necklaces with beaded chain range from $110-$140 depending on length and complexity.
Please take note that custom orders can take up to 12 weeks to ship, as each piece is completely one of a kind and carefully handmade and painted by me. I ship orders out as I complete them, so some of you may receive your piece as early as 6 weeks from your order date, but due to the long and sometimes unpredictable ceramics process, I can’t guarantee your order to be completed by a certain date.
