A few hours after your order is placed, you will receive an email from Mattie Jane Art with the link to a google form, which you will fill out with the exact details of your custom order. In this form, you will explain any specifications, preferences, and inspirations for the custom piece that you want to commission. You will also be able to upload any reference pictures you have at this time.
Pricing for custom dishes starts at $70, and price is determined based on how long the painting takes to complete. Larger dishes with more detail and color variety will cost more, while smaller dishes with less detail and color variety will cost less. Most custom dishes will range in price from $70-$130. You will pay the minimum starting price, $70, upfront today, and then I will reach out to you again via email with a final quote based on the specifications of your order after I receive your google form response. You will then pay the remainder of the price when the piece is complete.
Please take note that custom orders can take up to 12 weeks to ship, as each piece is completely one of a kind and carefully handmade and painted by me. I ship orders out as I complete them, so some of you may receive your piece as early as 6 weeks from your order date, but due to the long and sometimes unpredictable ceramics process, I can’t guarantee your order to be completed by a certain date.
